I'm Don Sathin, a Full Stack Developer & AI Automation Engineer based in Hobart, Tasmania. I hold a Master of Computer Science from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia, and build software across a range of platforms including web applications, REST APIs, AI bots, and automation tools.

Most recently, I worked as a Software Developer Intern at Tasmanian Finance Pty Ltd, where I built and deployed full-stack web applications, developed automated AI bots using Python and PHP, and integrated industry CRM platforms including HubSpot and Cordell Connect. I also manage the CHAD Care Services website as a Full Stack Developer, maintaining custom WordPress solutions, designing UI/UX prototypes in Figma, and implementing SEO best practices across the full development lifecycle.

One of my most significant project experiences was building a real-time Web-Based Judging Engine for GoSHackathon Events in Western Australia using the MERN stack. The system supported multiple concurrent users, featured live data synchronisation, an admin dashboard for event management, RESTful API endpoints for external integrations, and scoring algorithms with a real-time analytics dashboard, all delivered on schedule using Agile methodology.

I take a pragmatic approach to engineering. I understand the problem first, then select the right tools to solve it. Whether that calls for an AI bot, a CLI script, a cross-platform desktop app, or a full web application with a cloud backend, the goal is always a reliable, well-crafted solution that genuinely fits the need.
